This space is not just a production area, but an educational workshop where one learns to grow vegetables and aromatic herbs following the principles of organic farming. The harvested products enrich the restaurant’s dishes, creating a direct link between the land and the table.

Accanto al Ristorante Oasi la Rizza, si estende un orto curato con passione, composto da coltivazioni a terra e cassoni di legno di grandi dimensioni. Questo spazio non è solo un’area produttiva, ma un laboratorio didattico dove si impara a coltivare ortaggi e erbe aromatiche seguendo i principi dell’agricoltura biologica. I prodotti raccolti arricchiscono i piatti del ristorante, creando un legame diretto tra la terra e la tavola.
