Our History

Cooperativa Arcobaleno works with disadvantaged individuals as per Law 381/91 and with people in conditions of fragility and vulnerability under Article 3 of Emilia-Romagna Regional Law 12/2014, through workshops and services.


The co-operative's care project focuses on addressing the social, work, and daily life needs of individuals within their community. Cooperativa Sociale Arcobaleno aims to promote the well-being of people experiencing social, physical, or mental fragility by supporting:

Our History

Cooperativa Sociale Arcobaleno was founded in 1982, in the wake of Law 180, as an initiative that brought together operators, artists, and patients released from mental asylums. It adopted the co-operative model to ensure the participation and ownership of worker-members. Over the years, the co-operative has evolved, expanding its commitment to disadvantaged people and those in situations of fragility and vulnerability.


In 1992 it became a multipurpose social cooperative A+B , for the support and socio-work integration of people in conditions of social, physical or mental fragility.

La nostra Storia

La Cooperativa Sociale Arcobaleno nasce nel 1982, sull’onda della Legge 180, come iniziativa che unisce operatori, artisti e pazienti liberati dai manicomi.


Adotta la forma cooperativa per garantire la partecipazione e titolarità dei soci lavoratori. Negli anni la cooperativa si evolve, ampliando il suo impegno verso le persone svantaggiate e in situazioni di fragilità e vulnerabilità.


Nel 1992 diventa una cooperativa sociale a scopo plurimo A+B, per l'accompagnamento e l'inserimento socio-lavorativo di persone in condizione di fragilità sociale, fisica o mentale.
